Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones. Born on September 3, 1976. Ashley Aubra Jones has been an American actress for over twenty years. Her most well-known roles include roles in soap operas as Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and as Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. She was Daphne, a recurring character in season two of HBO's show True Blood. Ashley Jones received a Bachelor of Human Learning for K-8 at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. She started out her career as a teacher of Reading in Kindergarten as well as the 1st grade at Maury County. She got married Brent Jones, her UT Martin affectionate husband, and moved in Thompsons Station in 1998. In the Thompsons Station, she started teaching fourth grade at Bethesda Elementary. From 1999 to 2000, she taught and completed her masters in Education degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. She left the classroom in 2000 when they welcomed their baby son Baylor. Ashley has committed the last fifteen years in promoting the growth of children in the local church as well as in the wider community. Ashley was an instructor within the Preschool and Student Ministry at Thompson Station Church for over 13 years. When Ashley was at home with her family, she spent three years homeschooling. As they homeschooled, the children were able to attend a tutoring session at which Ashley was a teacher of History in Kindergarten and First Grade. God advised her that while she was enjoying the homeschooling experience and being in the presence of children, her family had to go back to full time school. Brent and Ashley each have five kids. Silas Eliza Cruz and Cruz, all GCA students. Baylor is an GCA grad who plays baseball at U.T. Martin. Callan an GCA graduate is enrolled at Western Kentucky University. The family is very energetic and loves fishing, hunting and supporting one another in sport.
